Our Athlete Training Program is for young trainees and adults passionate about the game. It aims to improve sport performance, increase strength & stamina, and prevent future injuries. To thrive in their sport, athletes need to be healthy, strong and strive to continually grow in their performance.
As Excel Performance, we design our programs to be sports specific and individually tailored, therefore reducing the chance of injury and improving performance. You'll be welcomed into a fun but competitive environment where our athletes constantly challenge themselves and strive to beat their records to consistently improve and keep a winning mindset.
We want to ensure that proper technique is taught to guarantee long term development. Under the watchful eye of our experienced head trainer and junior trainers, our athletes are taught the safe and correct way of lifting, plyometrics and agility based exercises. Our trainers are passionate about seeing our athletes excel in their chosen sport.
