Beef
cattle are required to grow to their full genetic potential in order to
maximise production. Therefore, beef cattle are either under pressure
to grow, or to reproduce, or in the case of heifers, both, and
therefore nutrition needs to be the best it can be. The old saying “Its
in the feeding, not the breeding” holds true.
On the ideal beef enterprise, every cow will raise one live calf every year. On the well run beef enterprise, productive cow life times may be surprisingly long – however, it should be kept in mind that every pregnancy and lactation does deplete the mother and increase her need for optimum nutition in order to fall preganant and reproduce again the next year. Infertility and birthing difficulties can be eliminated with correct nutrition.
Indeed,
the majority of health and production problems in beef cattle
operations originate from deficient or imbalanced rations. The quality
of the pastures is entirely dependent on the quality of the soils. If
certain trace minerals are not present in the soil, they will not be
present in the forages and must be supplemented. There are a number of
trace minerals, such as selenium and manganese, which are critical to
maintain fertility and reproductive function in cattle, and these are
contained in Dynavyte. In drought conditions, and at the end of the dry
season before the new season rains, pasture feed quality can be very
poor or non-existent, resulting in the need for supplementary feeding.
In feedlotting, higher concentrate rations may be fed, which can result in disturbances to the balance of the rumen microbes, and lead to inappetance, and grain poisoning.
Dynavyte is an ideal supplement to use in all of the above situatons for beef cattle, and can be easily administered mixed in with feed or via watering systems. It can also be given as a bolus in an oral drench, and mixes easily with all other commercial drenches.
Dynavyte contains over 60 chelated trace minerals all in highly bioavailable form, as well as Vitamin A, D and E and other B group vitamins, such as B12. It also contains many unique plant complexes, which are known have a role in maintaining gut health and balance in grazing livestock, and it has a spectacular array of amino acids, essential for growth and metabolism.
Dynavyte is a great tonic to administer to sick and stressed cattle, particularly after difficult calvings, or to support recovery from respiratory infections and other illness. It is also ideal for young calves, and at any time when cattle have been stressed by either weaning, illness or transport.
Dynavyte may also be administered in a low daily dose in the diets of feedlotted cattle to assist with feed conversion and adapting to a higher grain ration. Dynavyte is also a brilliant choice to use for preparing show and stud sale cattle, as it helps the coat and skin to bloom.
Dynavyte is also manufactured by a GMP / APVMA approved manufacturing process, and therefore can pass any quality assurance or organic certification programme.
DOSAGES:
Can safely double this dose if recovering from illness / stress, or in pregnancy / lactation.
IN WATER: Can be used at rate of 2ml / litre.
Dynavyte is not designed to replace energy or protein sources, yet it may be safely added to supplements providing urea or molasses to provide balanced mineral and trace element supplementation during drought feeding.
Dynavyte contains ample amounts of all minerals and trace elements in a highly bioavailable form, in contrast to inorganic mineral salt licks and most other mineral supplements. When using 100% organic Dynavyte, you don’t need to waste money on additional salt licks.
