Dynavyte was actually originally developed to use as a supplement for racing camels in the Middle East. These animals are under great pressure to perform in arduous conditions, and they are fed a diet that consists entirely of imported, processed stock feeds of unknown quality. Nutritional deficiencies in racing camels therefore are rife, and profoundly affect camel health and performance.

Dynavyte has been found to be a wonderful product for camels, as it bridges the gap between access to wild forage and fertile pastures, and processed supplementary feeds. It is also a highly palatable liquid, which is easy to administer and add to either feed or water, allowing easy daily dosage with no stress to the animal, or wastage of the product.

Alpacas are kept for fibre production, and like the production of wool, angora and mohair, the quality of the fibre depends on the animals receiving the correct balance of minerals in the diet. Both macro and micro minerals must be present in the diet in a bioavailable form – and this is provided by Dynavyte supplementation, which contains these minerals in a chelated ready to use form, rather than the inorganic mineral form that is a feature of most other traditional free choice licks and supplements.

Alpacas also have critical requirements for the fat soluble vitamins A,D and E, with some producers electing to regularly inject these vitamins. This is not only costly in terms of labour and materials, but also in terms of stress on the animals. Dynavyte contains adequate levels of Vitamins A, D and E for regular supplementation of alpacas, and replaces the need for injections or other costly methods of supplementation. Dynavyte may be added to the daily ration, or the watering system, or given as an oral drench – all of which are less stressful to the animals that receiving injections.

DOSAGES:

• Adult alpacas: 5-10ml daily
• Cria: 2-5ml daily
• Adult camels over 300kg: 20-40ml daily
• Camelids under 300kg: 10-20ml daily

In watering systems: 2ml / litre.

Dose may be safely doubled if required to address nutritional stress, recovery from illness or injury, or pregnancy, birthing or lactation.
